Our programmes are led by performance specialists with backgrounds in Mountain Rescue, Outward Bound, Early Careers leadership development, and MBA-level organisational leadership. These are individuals who have operated in environments where clarity, teamwork and resilience are non-negotiable - and they bring that same high-performance mindset directly to your teams.

They are supported by our National Governing Body–qualified climbing instructors, experts across all climbing disciplines including bouldering, lead climbing, top-rope and adaptive climbing. Their confidence-building approach ensures safety, support and progression for every participant, regardless of experience.

Why Us?

The Castle based in London N4 is an iconic landmark and one of Europe’s largest independent climbing facilities. Originally a Victorian pumping station, over the last 30 years The Castle (High Performance Sports Ltd) has been reimagined as a world-class climbing centre. With a unique heritage and expert facilitators, we provide both the environment and the expertise for to make the learning stick. We boast 450 climbing routes spread across four floors, 330 bouldering circuits and an outdoor area with our three giant manmade boulders. At The Castle we also provide a gym and training area and a yoga and pilates studio and these are all on offer when planning and creating our bespoke Corporate Programmes.
