Cycling
We have excellent cycle parking facilities on-site, located outside the front of our building. You can also get your bike serviced or repaired at Bikemech, located in The Castle's gatehouse.
Car
Please note that we have limited car parking. Cars parked in the West Reservoir Centre's car park may be locked in when they close (around 5pm). On every visit to The Castle, you must enter the number plate of your vehicle into the parking tablet at reception. Tickets will be issued to any vehicles not registered.
Accessibility
Being in a quirky Grade II listed building restricts us when it comes to making changes, but we’re doing all we can to make the Castle accessible for everyone. The ground floor (boiler house) is completely wheelchair accessible and offers traversing, bouldering and top-roping. In 2019 we put in a stairlift and a ramp to make the Café floor wheelchair accessible, where you’ll find more bouldering, top-roping and lead climbing. There is an accessible toilet on the ground floor and two step access for The Castle Shop. We are happy to assist with access to our non-step free facilities. For example, you can order your snacks, food or drinks from The Café at Reception and we’ll bring this to you.
