If you would like to have exclusive access to an area of the Castle, we do offer private hire subject to availability. Our rates do vary depending on the scope of what you require, what activities you want to do, and when you want the space. 

Below we have listed our minimum hire prices; prices vary dependent on other factors. We reserve the right to add items to this amount on the day for last minute changes. When hiring the Castle space, you must abide by our Terms of Use.

Climbing Area Hire (not filming)

This is for exclusive access to an area of the climbing wall, which will be roped off from general climbers. The prices below are from prices based on Off Peak timings (weekdays). A day is 08:30 – 16:30.

Full Day: from £1200 +VAT
Half Day: from £600 +VAT
Additional Hourly Rate: £200 +VAT p/h over Full Day rate

Climbing Area Hire (filming and photoshoots)

Please note the Castle cannot guarantee quiet during your filming sessions. This is for exclusive access to an area of the climbing wall, which will be roped off from general climbers. The prices below are from prices based on Off Peak timings (weekdays). A day is 08:30 – 16:30.

Full Day: from £1800 +VAT
Half Day: from £900 +VAT
Additional Hourly Rate: £300 +VAT p/h over Full Day rate

Add On's (per half day)

Some add-ons are compulsory due to the nature of the climbing wall environment (e.g. a Health & Safety supervisor). Unfortunately these rates are non-negotiable. We will advise on booking if you will need this. To make use of extra members of Castle staff (such as instructors for belaying) must be requested at least 5 working days before the event in order for us to contact our staff otherwise availability cannot be guaranteed. 

H&S: £250 +VAT
Instructor: £250 +VAT
Filmed Instructor: £250 +VAT (on top of original instructor rate)

Studio Space

To hire the Castle's fully equipped Studio room, perfect for yoga or fitness classes or fully equipped with an overhead projector for a meeting or a workshop, please email leah@castle-climbing.co.uk

Hourly rate (for classes only): From £20 + VAT
Daily (up to 8hrs): From £200 + VAT
Half Day (up to 4 hrs): From £100 + VAT
Additional Hourly Rate: From £20 + VAT p/h over the 8 hr day rate.
