The first of our popular Fundamentals series. Over the 4 Week Course participants will gain an understanding of how to climb on a bouldering wall and how to best structure their own bouldering sessions for future development and minimise injury risk. You will also be provided with supporting documents to refer to in your own time.
Those climbing between V0-V2. However, the weekly learning outcomes cover many skills that are still of value to those climbing between V3-4.
