This course builds on Fundamentals 1, helping climbers develop technique and progress to more advanced bouldering.
Topics include climbing harder problems, slopers and crimps (with an introduction to finger strength), heel and toe hooks, and developing body tension and compression on overhangs. You’ll also learn how to apply these skills to more complex, competition-style boulders.
Suitable after Fundamentals 1 or as a standalone course for climbers with some prior experience.
Those climbing between V2-V4. However, the skills covered will still have value to those climbing between V5-6.
