The Castle are looking for an experienced climbing instructor to join the team. This role will be focussed on delivering our popular Castle Climbing Club sessions aimed at children and young people aged 7-17 years on Tuesday and Friday evenings. You will be guaranteed 7 hours per week, with the opportunity for extra hours.

- Experience and desire to instruct children and young people of various ages and abilities, including differently abled climbers
- Flexible & willing to work evenings and weekends
- Able to communicate your passion for climbing indoors and outdoors to customers and colleagues alike
- Committed to high quality service and self-development
Essential requirements:
- Minimum CWI qualification with at least 6 months of instructing following completion of award
- An experienced outdoor climber
