How to find us
The Castle is located between Finsbury Park and Clissold Park in North London. We're within London Transport Zone 2 (nearest tube station is Manor House) and easily accessible by tube, bus or train. When you get near, you can’t miss it. It’s 200 feet high and it really is a castle!
To find us in a conventional street atlas, we are on Green Lanes between Seven Sisters Road and Lordship Park, adjacent to Stoke Newington West Reservoir. Most new street maps show the building as The Castle or Climbing Centre. Older maps may show Water Works or Pumping Station.
Manor House (Picadilly Line) is the nearest tube station to the Castle. Take exit 3 and walk down Green Lanes (away from the park) for about 4 minutes until you see you the Castle on your left.
Finsbury Park tube (Victoria/Picadilly/National Rail) is also nearby (15 minutes walk).
You can also use the Transport for London web site to plan your journey: www.tfl.gov.uk
The 341 and the 141 stop just outside The Castle on Green Lanes (Myddleton Avenue Northbound / Lordship Park Southbound). The 106 is the next closest stop (Green Lanes).
The 253, 254, 259, 279, 29 and 393 also stop nearby.
Great Northern Rail services stop at Finsbury Park station.
We have excellent cycle parking facilities on-site. Please check in at Reception before taking your bike through the building to our secure bike park. You can also get your bike serviced or repaired at Bikemech, located in The Castle's gatehouse.
Please note that we have limited car parking. Cars parked in the West Reservoir Centre's car park may be locked in when they close (around 5pm).
