Climbers Clinic

The clinic has a team of practitioners who have experience with climbing and other injuries as well as offering treatments for well being.

Their speciality is working with climbers, however the clinic also provides treatment for non-climbers. As climbers themselves they have a greater understanding of the injuries sustained and the climbing mentality.

Osteopathy with Sarah -

Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Osteopathy with Jasper -

Osteopathy and bike fitting on the third Saturday of the month.

Sports and remedial massage with Lara Oz -

Monday afternoon evenings and all day Friday.

Shiatsu with Junko Shiomi and Richard Thomas -

Once a month on a Saturday.

KinStretch with Faye

Kinstretch creates more movement opportunities by creating more joint space at a deep, capsular level. This is not a stretching class, consider it a strength training session combined with some stretching.

Kinstretch expands your usable range of motion which means we have access to more movement options, enhancing performance in sport, which makes it ideal for climbers. Build joint health and longevity in your body for life!

Yoga with Izabela

Izabela is a nature, outdoor and travel lover. Aside from yoga, her physiotherapy degree has helped her gain knowledge about people's body and mind. Over the years she has trained in many styles of yoga. She is committed to provide very best instructions during class and motivate her students to find contentment in their life through movement.

Yoga with Gaia

Gaia is a yoga instructor based in London with nine years of teaching experience across Italy, Sweden and the UK. Her practice focuses on powerful and dynamic sequences starting with Pranayama and ending with Yoga Nidra routines that bring the focus inwards. During the class, the focus on breath, Pranayama, acts as an anchor to the movement, guiding the flow from one pose to the next, preparing the body for a deeper spiritual connection to the self.

Mariam Fitness - Personal Training

Mariam specialises in strength conditioning for elite performance in sports alongside posture alignment, mobility and coordination.
