Yoga & Fitness Classes

To complement your climbing, the Castle hosts a range of holistic classes run by independent instructors, all tailored towards climbers. We try to offer a variety of classes, including yoga and pilates for strength and flexibility. 

Sessions are run by qualified instructors. The Castle just hosts the classes, so to reserve a space and pay for your class you'll need to speak directly with the instructors. For more information, contact them directly via email or weblink.

KinStretch with Faye - Wednesday evenings

Imagine being able to move in a way that feels smooth and effortless. Kinstretch creates more movement opportunities by creating more joint space at a deep, capsular level. This is not a stretching class, consider it a strength training session combined with some stretching. Kinstretch expands your usable range of motion which means we have access to more movement options, enhancing performance in sport, which makes it ideal for climbers. Build joint health and longevity in your body for life!

Yoga with Izabela - Tuesday evenings

Izabela is a nature, outdoor and travel lover. Aside from yoga, her physiotherapy degree has helped her gain knowledge about people's body and mind. Over the years she has trained in many styles of yoga. She is committed to provide very best instructions during class and motivate her students to find contentment in their life through movement.
