The Castle are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic leader to take on the role of our Reception Manager. This is a full time position managing the Team and overseeing the day-to-day operation of Reception.

•Proven record of leadership and managing a customer facing team, preferably in a climbing centre or similar size sports facility
•Committed to high quality of customer service and continual development of team and self
•Able to communicate your passion for climbing to customers and colleagues alike
•Flexible and willing to work evenings and weekends
•Professional qualification or experience in management
•Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation, in particular for customer-based activities
•Experience of achieving results and making a positive difference to customer experience
