Part-Time Receptionist Required

An opportunity to be part of our lively reception team at The Castle has arisen.

We are looking for a receptionist to work on our busy front desk between 12 and 16 hours a week - evenings and weekends.

A friendly open manner, enthusiastic attitude towards excellent customer service and a high standard of written and spoken English is essential. The ideal candidate should be computer literate and have previous experience in customer facing roles.

An interest in climbing and sustainability is an advantage.

Duties include:

  • Answering customer queries by phone, email and in person.
  • Administration of our customer database and course diary.
  • Working with the Duty Managers and colleagues to ensure a safe and friendly environment is provided for our customers.
