Due to the current coronavirus situation, the Castle has made the difficult decision to close the centre for the foreseeable future. We are no longer open to the public at the present time.
Thank you to everyone for continuing to be a part of the Castle community at this time.
We ask that during this crisis our community stays positive, proactive and supportive – the way we’ve always been.
The Castle Team
All memberships have been frozen from the 21st of March. It would not feel fair for us to automatically keep charging for a membership you are unable to use – it’s just not how we do things.
However, some of you have volunteered to keep your memberships active during our closure period as a way of supporting us. Thank you to those of you who have offered to do this. If your income is not at risk and you feel able to afford it, your support would make a huge difference for us at a time of uncertainty. To choose to keep your membership active, simply email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org
If you choose not to email us, we will automatically freeze all pre-paid memberships and cancel e-billing payments until further notice.
All courses, events and social meets are cancelled for the foreseeable future. Any customers with pre-booked climbing courses will be offered the chance to keep their keep their booking for the future when we reopen, or if you prefer, a refund will be issued. We will be in touch.
