Castle Seniors

A climbing club for 15 to 17 year olds. The aim of the Castle Seniors Club is to help young people to gain skills enabling them to become confident, independent climbers and to eventually use the Centre unsupervised.

No prior climbing experience is required.
The sessions run for one and a half hours with strict ratio of six young people to one instructor.

The results of the BMC Youth Climbing Series 2016 demonstrate how well our Castle Academy youth team are learning from each other and pushing themselves during training. Our athletes work together as a team during competitions, supporting each other and cheering loudly and enthusiastically for everyone taking part.

Movement & Technique

The Movement Course is an introduction to climbing techniques and course is designed for climbers wishing to develop a solid skill base and will change the way you think about climbing.

If you are already climbing at V4/6c+ or above, you may want to consider 1:1 coaching.
