Sandra is an experienced rock climbing coach and yoga teacher. Having practiced yoga for over 10 years, Sandra qualified as a yoga instructor through Yoga Tree of Life. Her practice is heavily influenced by Iyengar and Sivananda.
Sandra's style is dynamic and fluid, encouraging students of all levels and abilities to challenge themselves in a friendly, relaxed and safe environment.

As most of you know, there's a little more to climbing than pulling hard and having strong arms. Having a good range of motion and flexibility is key to successful movement, yet is frequently overlooked.
