Do you have what it takes to join a dynamic and crucial department of The Castle?

We are looking for a highly organized, engaging and enthusiastic individual to work closely with the management team, essential in the smooth operation and ongoing development of the centre.

If you are able to:

  • Assist Department Managers in driving forward Projects in the progressive development of the Castle
  • Assist in the preparation of regular audits and the implementation of any recommended changes
  • Collation of data to review Key Performance Indicators and analysis for Management Information
  • Prepare and update print and digital media for use in and around the centre (communication posters, website content, etc.)
  • Plan, Promote & Administer Castle Events
  • Engage with customers in various market research/customer surveys as required
  • Production of minutes from meetings & training workshops

If you have:

  • at least 1-2 yrs Administration experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
  • Experience of MS Office and Adobe packages in particular Word, Excel and Photoshop
