I’ve been climbing for 20 years all over the world covering rock, alpinism, Scottish winter, waterfall ice, bouldering, walls, new routes and I am still chuffed to be finding new climbing experiences, especially recently with the deep water soloing at Berryhead. Magical Mystery tour is a must do for all climbers and mix it up with one of the classic trad routes through the Old Redoubt Cave!

Started climbing at 16, after a couple of years did not climb for few years, started again and love it!!! Best place so far? Hard to say, however one would be East Buttress of a Middle Cathedral - the crux is the well known and epic Kat Walk and gully descend. No place for mistake after a full climbing day...

I got into climbing through Hill walking/mountaineering and my favourite area is mountain/ sea cliff trad. I’m pretty much into all other types of climbing, although I’d much rather be climbing on a rope than bouldering.

My favourite routes:- Creeping Lemma (Gogarth), Tower Ridge (Ben Nevis), Every Man’s Misery - The Burbage Slot, Reunion Crack.
