Notes:
To climb unsupervised at The Castle 14 & 15 year olds must pass
a lead-climbing assessment.
16 & 17 year olds can take either a top-roping assessment (which
permits top-roping and bouldering only) or the same test as the
14 & 15 year olds, which allows full access to the centre.
Whilst these courses are designed to teach the skills required to
pass the in-house assessment, success obviously depends on the ability
of the applicant. If we don't think you're ready, we'll tell you. |
