In order to complete a standard registration at The Castle you need to be 18 or over and an experienced climber. Once you are registered you can sign in up to 2 novices of any age.

If you are 14 or 15, you must complete a lead assessment to climb at the Castle without adult supervision. This must be booked in advance on 020 8211 7000.

If you are 16 or 17, you may either complete a lead assessment or a top-rope only assessment to climb at The Castle unsupervised. Again, this must be booked in advance on 020 8211 7000.

If you are under 18 you may not sign in any novices, even if you have been assessed.
